The PLAYBOY years (1977-1996)

Playboy is a men’s lifestyle and entertainment magazine of the American press founded in Chicago in 1953 by Hugh Hefner. It is known for its playmates and nude photographs, but also for some of its substantive articles and quality interviews. Lassalvy worked for the French, Italian and German editions of this magazine from 1977 to 1996. During these colorful years, the cartoonist sees life in pink. Always faithful to his whimsical style and saucy humor, he creates gag after gag depicting popular figures in burlesque situations. Their audacious and often surreal adventures invite us to look upon them with amusement and complicity. Find here the facetious spirit of the cartoonist accompanied by his sexy playmates in the most famous charm magazine. Excerpts !
