As of 1997, Robert Lassalvy devotes himself essentially to painting for which he’s always had a passion. Workaholic, as talented for graphism as for color, he draws his inspiration from the world around him. Author of several series of paintings such as Jules and Julie, Naive art, Tribute to Picasso, he creates imaginary characters, invents landscapes and scenes of life according to the periods. From figurative genre to abstract art and cubism, he cultivates all styles while creating his own universe. Some playful, poetic and joyful paintings.
